By adding Hexo ("the bot", "we", "our") to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using its features.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hexo, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using Hexo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Hexo only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Use Hexo to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the bot
Use Hexo to send spam or unsolicited mass messages
Use Hexo in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Hexo's systems or data

3. Bot availability

Hexo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the bot will be online, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may suspend, update, or discontinue the bot at any time without prior notice.

4. Moderation features

Hexo provides moderation tools (bans, kicks, mutes, warnings, etc.) for server administrators. The use of these tools is entirely at the discretion of the server administrators who deploy them. Hexo and its developers are not responsible for how server administrators choose to use these features.

5. Data

Your use of Hexo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. By using Hexo, you agree to that policy as well.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexo is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Hexo will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexo's developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Hexo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
